A few things I need to know before you order a hat: 1) YOUR HEAD MEASUREMENT: You can figure this out by measuring your head, starting at your forehead, then around to the back of your head and back around to your forehead (the circumference). I offer complimentary custom sizing all of my hats to ensure a perfect fit. 2) HOW TO CUSTOM ORDER A HAT: If you are interested in a specific color, shape, or decoration, feel free to contact me and I will let you know if I am able to make the custom hat that you want. I can take only general suggestions, since i try to hold on to my artistic freedom. Sending me a picture of yourself would be helpful. Please contact me about the price. *With custom orders, I ask for a 50% deposit before I start making it. If the hat that you are interested in is sold and you would like to have an identical hat made, I am not able to do that. My hats are mostly one-of-kind, but i can make you a hat in a similar style and color. *************************************************************************** PAYMENT 1) You can buy directly from my shop on Etsy. 2) If you're buying directly from me, you can pay me via PayPal. 3) You can also mail me a check. (*Contact me for my mailing address). 4) I can also do lay-aways (to be paid within one month) 5) If you're buying a custom hat, you'll need to pay me 50% before I start making the hat and the remaining balance (including shipping costs) before I mail the hat to you. SHIPPING I ship all of my hats in a hat box, within a shipping box. If you're buying from Etsy, the shipping cost is listed and will be automatically added to your total. If you're buying directly from me, the cost is $20 in the U.S. and more if you live outside the U.S. When you give me your address, I will get back to you about the cost to ship. RETURNS You can return your hat within one week of receiving it. It is important to me that you love your hat, so I will refund you the cost of the hat if you return it (you will not be refunded for shipping costs). If you receive your hat and it doesn't fit quite right, you can ship it back to and I will fix it, free of charge.
